Several years ago I saw an antique quilt I fell in love with. I knew I had to make one myself. It was a simple quilt of Variable Star blocks set on point with an applique swag border. I think it was the fact that the blocks were only 3” in size that stole my heart. What a challenge that must have been in the 1800s.

Finished size 80" x 80"

Foundation paper piecing pattern is included. Rotary cutting measurements also included.

A perfect scrap quilt to use up all those little bits of fabric you have and leftovers from precuts. It’s what I like to call a “Percolator Project” because you can work on it while you work on other things and it just percolates while you make all the little star blocks and best of all...............it's one of the Dollar Download Quilts!
