We accept all major credit cards which are processed through Stripe and Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit/debit card.
Checks and Money orders are accepted. Please choose the Money Order option during check-out even if you are mailing a check.
We use USPS for all shipping, unless the post office doesn’t deliver to your address. If that’s the case, we will use UPS and you may be have to pay additional shipping charges.
We use USPS Global Priority Mail and First Class International Mail to ship outside the United States. Please note, these orders usually take extra time to process. International orders will be billed actual cost for shipping, which may be above and beyond the price quoted to you at the time of checkout.

You may return any unused product in its original and unopened condition to us within 15 days. The original shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning merchandise we shipped in error. Your refund, less the original shipping will be issued to your credit card or by check (if the purchase was made by check) after we receive the product back. Please note: unauthorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special order items may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We will handle the problem to your satisfaction! If the carton looks damaged upon receipt, please inspect the contents before the driver leaves. If shipped via UPS call them at 1-800-PICKUPS to file a claim. Remember to save all packaging materials for inspection.
