We accept all major credit cards which are processed through Stripe and Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit/debit card.
Checks and Money orders are accepted. Please choose the Money Order option during check-out even if you are mailing a check.
Pre-Orders - At times we'll offer you the opportunity to special order new merchandise ahead of the release date. If you've paid a deposit on a preorder and change your mind after the merchandise has been ordered, you'll forfeit your deposit because the item was ordered specifically for you.
We use USPS for all shipping, unless the post office doesn’t deliver to your address. If that’s the case, we will use UPS and you may be have to pay additional shipping charges.
Because of rising costs and delays in delivery due to the Covid-19, international shipping is available in limited areas. If your country doesn't come up within the shopping cart, postage quotes and delivery options can be obtained by email. We use USPS Global Priority Mail and First Class International Mail to ship outside the United States. Media Mail and other economy services are not available right now. Please note, these orders usually take extra time to process. Tracking information is available for shipments within the United States. Delivery of international order is not guaranteed once the package leaves the United States tracking system. Refunds will not be issued for non delivery in these cases.

Your refund, less the original shipping will be issued to your credit card or by check after we receive the product return and it's been inspected.
Please note: unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special order and pre-order items may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
**Digital patterns, printed books, printed patterns and cut fabric are not returnable or eligible for a refund.
Block of the Month program cancellations are subject to a restocking fee.
We will handle the problem to your satisfaction! If the carton looks damaged upon receipt, please inspect the contents before the driver leaves. Save all packaging materials for USPS inspection.
