How cool is this? I can believe how convenient this will be when doing any kind of machine piecing! I sometimes like to take mindless machine piecing with me to quilt retreats when I need a bazillion of something for a quilt. This is really going to speed up the process of separating units.
The ChainRipper molded base and quality seam ripper is designed to split chain-pieced seams easily and conveniently. Because it uses a traditional seam ripper, the ChainRipper can split the narrowest of chains (even a single stitch). The ripper can be removed from it's base and used as a traditional seam ripper. When sheathed in it's base, the ChainRipper stands upright and can easily be located amidst a quilting project.
